This document establishes the rules for accessing and using the services offered by Real Conferences, including the logistical planning of congresses, rental of audio-video equipment, coordination of catering services, and stage setup for speakers.
These conditions govern the relationship between Real Conferences (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and any individual or legal entity that accesses the website or contracts corporate event organization and technical conference services. The Provider offers logistical consulting services, rental of state-of-the-art audio-video equipment, catering coordination, and stage setup, exclusively for professional events, excluding sensitive sports, political, or financial activities.
The Provider undertakes to perform the services according to the specifications agreed upon in the written contract, including the logistical plan, equipment list, catering menu, and stage layout. The Beneficiary is obliged to provide complete and accurate information regarding the number of participants, event duration, and technical requirements, as well as to ensure the Provider's team has access to the location at least 48 hours before the conference begins.
The Provider is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, including electrical grid failures, internet connection outages, or extreme weather conditions. The Provider's total liability for any direct damage resulting from non-performance or improper performance of the services is limited to the value of the respective contract. The Provider is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of business opportunities or moral damages.
The Beneficiary may terminate the contract with a minimum written notice of 30 calendar days, in which case the Provider will invoice for services rendered up to the termination date. The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these conditions, with prior notice of 15 days published on the website. Any modification takes effect on the date specified in the notice, and continued use of the services after this date constitutes tacit acceptance of the new conditions.
